Licensing

The Plugin is licensed, not sold, to you for use on your WordPress website. The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these Terms.

Some of Get Bookings WP software is free and available on WordPress.org. That software available on WordPress.org is covered under GPL licensing. Pro versions of Get Bookings WP software may contain combinations of both our free, open source versions and our Pro modules. Pro versions may be covered by dual licensing as described above.

COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE
All commercial software available for purchase on the Get Bookings Wp website includes an end user license agreement (EULA).

Delivery

Once payment for any purchased commercial software has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing information for you to be able to log into your account and register your website(s), obtain your site specific validation code and download Get Bookings WP software. If you do not receive an email with your information within 24 hrs of purchase, please contact us.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of Get Bookings Wp products. All products are property of Get Bookings Wp. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Get Bookings WP shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use Get Bookings WP products.

Site Content

All Get Bookings WP site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on https://getbookingswp.com or any sub-site of Get Bookings Wp domain, is the property of Get Bookings WP.

The Plugin and all associated intellectual property rights belong to the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Plugin without the express written permission of the Developer.

Support

Get Bookings WP offers software on an “as-is” basis, with no implied meaning that it will function exactly according to customer requirements, or that it will be compatible with all 3rd party software. Get Bookings Wp offers no support of WordPress or other 3rd party software not developed by Get Bookings Wp. Get Bookings WP provides support for open source software on a best effort basis, with no guarantee of response or issue resolution. Support for commercial software sold by Get Bookings WP is provided via private and public support forums and email for a term specified by the license plan of initial purchase. Continuation of support after the time specified by the license plan you chose when you purchased your license requires renewing your subscription of the desired software product and appropriate license.

Upgrades

Upgrades to commercial software products are made available to customers who have purchased a licensed version of Get Bookings WP products within the time frame specified by the license plan of initial purchase. A Single-Site License provides upgrades for a single domain and an Unlimited License provides upgrades for unlimited sites DIRECTLY OWNED by the customer who initiated the license purchase. Continuation of access to product upgrades after the time specified by the license plan you chose when you purchased your license requires re-purchase of the desired software product and appropriate license.

Prices

Get Bookings WP reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Get Bookings WP without prior notice. We do guarantee that the price of using Get Bookings WP products will not change for your specific plan between the time of your initial subscription and the renewal of that plan. And we guarantee that as long as your subscription does not laps, the renewal price will stay the same as your initial plan.
Warranty

Get Bookings WP plugins for WordPress are guaranteed to function as advertised on a clean installation of WordPress. Get Bookings Wp does not guarantee proper WordPress plugin functionality or integration with all 3rd party plugins, themes or web browsers. Get Bookings WP is not responsible for any WordPress plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is Get Bookings WP policy to provide the best possible support for Get Bookings Wp is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing any Get Bookings Wp software.

Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Developer’s website or through the Plugin. Continued use of the Plugin after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
